Pursuant to current legislation on\nprotection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), we wish to\ninform you that our Hotel collects and processes your personal data in a lawful, correct and transparent manner, within the limits of\nnecessary and permitted as well as adopting instruments and\nprocedures suitable to guarantee your confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, we inform you that data controller<\/strong> is the Soc. Agr. Borgo Cannameli S.r.l.<\/strong>,\nwith registered office in Agrigento via G. XXIII n.170 - CAP 92100, contactable at the PEC address: borgocannamelisrl@pec.it, and that the data\nare collected and processed, also with the aid of computerised means, for the\nfollowing purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

  1. acquire and confirm your booking and provide you with the requested services<\/strong> to our structure<\/strong>. This processing consists of the collection, recording, organisation and storage of the data necessary for the performance of the services that are the subject of the contractual relationship between you and our agritourism, and requires your consent only in the event that you provide us with special categories of data, so-called sensitive data, concerning, for example, your health conditions. This processing will cease upon your departure from our
    agriturismo and the data exclusively pertaining to it will be deleted within the next 48 hours, except for the requirements of justice for the recovery of the claim to be asserted within six months that can be extended by interruptive acts and for the duration of the legal procedures;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n
    • provide for the fulfilments\nprovided for by the Consolidated Law on Public Security' (Article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773 of 18.6.1931).\nno. 773), by notifying the Police Headquarters, for public safety purposes, of the\ngeneralities of the customers accommodated in accordance with the procedures established by Ministerial Decree 7\nJanuary 2013<\/strong>. This\nprocessing, as it is required by law, does not require your\nconsent and, if you refuse to provide the relevant data, we will not be able to accommodate you\nin our facility. The data acquired for this purpose are not\nretained, unless you provide us with your consent to retention as\nprovided in point 4;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n
      • provide for the administrative fulfilments provided for by the Regulation on the Contribution of Stay in the City of Roma Capitale n.14\/2016 C.S. as amended by Delib.32\/2018 of the Capitoline Assembly<\/strong> (Arts. 5 and 6),<\/strong> for collection, verification of any exemptions, reporting, controls and assessments by the Authority. This processing, being required by law, does not require your consent and the
        agro-tourism retains its data for 5 years after payment or declaration of exemption (municipal reg. Realmonte); <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n
        • fulfil the accounting, tax and fiscal\ntax and fiscal obligations under current regulations<\/strong>.\nFor these purposes the processing is carried out without the need to obtain your\nconsent as it is in accordance with legal obligations and our legitimate\ninterest for possible evidential purposes. The relevant data are\nretained by us for 10 years, pursuant to Art. 2220 of the Civil Code and even longer in the case of\ntax assessments;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n
          1. speed up the registration procedures\nregistration in the event of your subsequent stays at our facility<\/strong>.\nFor this purpose, subject to the acquisition of your revocable consent at any time\nat any time, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 3 years, and\nwill be used when you will be our guest again for the purposes mentioned\nprevious points;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n
            • provide the service of receiving\nand transfer to your room of messages, communications, telephone calls\naddressed to you during your stay<\/strong> at our farm.\nSuch processing requires your consent, which you may revoke at any time.\nat any time, and the processing will in any case cease on your departure;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n
              1. send you our promotional\npromotional messages and updates on rates and offers.<\/strong>\nFor this purpose, after obtaining your consent, which is always revocable, your\ndata will be stored for a maximum period of 3 years and will not be\ncommunicated to third parties.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                We would also like to inform you that any\ndeclaration of consent to processing issued by you will be kept\nin our computer files for a period of time corresponding to that of\nthat of storage of the data to which the consent refers, for our\nlegitimate interest in demonstrating the lawfulness of the processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Your data will be processed, for the above-mentioned purposes\nabove, only by our authorised representatives and, for fulfilment of\ntax and accounting purposes, by those responsible for the relevant processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                We also inform you that you may request from us, at any time\nat any time, access, rectification, restriction, portability or\ncancellation of your data or object to their processing pursuant to Art.\n15-21 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016 and we will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt.\nrequest within 30 days of its receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
