For this reason all our agricultural production - olives and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits, vegetables and vegetables, aromatic and medicinal plants, are grown absolutely ORGANIC and the energy needed for the facility is produced by our photovoltaic panels.

Our bio-pool was designed to be perfectly integrated into the environment surrounding and made with special materials that also harmonise it fully in terms of the landscape.

House Balata is the ideal place for those who want to taking a break from the hectic pace and stress of the city and work dedicating himselfin just a few minutes to enchanting places such as the Valley of the Temples, the garden of Kolymbethra and the other wonders of Agrigento, the majestic Scala dei Turchithe pristine beaches of the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve, the navy of Sciacca and the many small characteristic villages rich in history, culture and culinary traditions.
