Pursuant to current legislation on protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), we wish to inform you that our Hotel collects and processes your personal data in a lawful, correct and transparent manner, within the limits of necessary and permitted as well as adopting instruments and procedures suitable to guarantee your confidentiality.

In particular, we inform you that data controller is the Soc. Agr. Borgo Cannameli S.r.l., with registered office in Agrigento via G. XXIII n.170 - CAP 92100, contactable at the PEC address: [email protected], and that the data are collected and processed, also with the aid of computerised means, for the following purposes:

1. acquire and confirm your booking and provide you with the requested services to our structure. This processing consists of the collection, recording, organisation and storage of the data necessary for the performance of the services that are the subject of the contractual relationship between you and our agritourism, and requires your consent only in the event that you provide us with special categories of data, so-called sensitive data, concerning, for example, your health conditions. This processing will cease upon your departure from our
   agriturismo and the data exclusively pertaining to it will be deleted within the next 48 hours, except for the requirements of justice for the recovery of the claim to be asserted within six months that can be extended by interruptive acts and for the duration of the legal procedures;

• provide for the fulfilments provided for by the Consolidated Law on Public Security' (Article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773 of 18.6.1931). no. 773), by notifying the Police Headquarters, for public safety purposes, of the generalities of the customers accommodated in accordance with the procedures established by Ministerial Decree 7 January 2013. This processing, as it is required by law, does not require your consent and, if you refuse to provide the relevant data, we will not be able to accommodate you in our facility. The data acquired for this purpose are not retained, unless you provide us with your consent to retention as provided in point 4;

• provide for the administrative fulfilments provided for by the Regulation on the Contribution of Stay in the City of Roma Capitale n.14/2016 C.S. as amended by Delib.32/2018 of the Capitoline Assembly (Arts. 5 and 6), for collection, verification of any exemptions, reporting, controls and assessments by the Authority. This processing, being required by law, does not require your consent and the
  agro-tourism retains its data for 5 years after payment or declaration of exemption (municipal reg. Realmonte);

• fulfil the accounting, tax and fiscal tax and fiscal obligations under current regulations. For these purposes the processing is carried out without the need to obtain your consent as it is in accordance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest for possible evidential purposes. The relevant data are retained by us for 10 years, pursuant to Art. 2220 of the Civil Code and even longer in the case of tax assessments;

1. speed up the registration procedures registration in the event of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, subject to the acquisition of your revocable consent at any time at any time, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 3 years, and will be used when you will be our guest again for the purposes mentioned previous points;

• provide the service of receiving and transfer to your room of messages, communications, telephone calls addressed to you during your stay at our farm.
